SWAGBAG 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We at SWAGBAG understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Accordingly, we take every possible step to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. In the event that there is any pending item on your order, our team will ensure that any available item(s) will be delivered first, and any pending item(s) will be delivered later at no additional cost. For international orders, however, all items must be completed before shipment.

SWAGBAG delivers to most parts of the UAE. We deliver every day except on national holidays. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time (12 pm for Abu Dhabi) (11 am for Dubai & Sharjah). Orders received from the other emirates will be delivered on the following day.

The Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

UAE DELIVERY

  • Shipment cost is calculated on the checkout page.
  • Orders over AED 100 (tax included) within the city limits are delivered free of charge.
  • Orders over AED 250 (tax included) outside the city limits are free of charge.
  • Shipping charges of a minimum of 15 AED will be applied to orders below 100 AED (tax included).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days (subject to stock availability) 
  • It is important to note that all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by your local government/authorities will be your responsibility. This is beyond our control. Most shipping agencies often collect these fees at the point of delivery. 
  • If you wish to know more about customs duties in your country, you may contact your local customs office before placing an order so you won’t be surprised when the charges are applied.
  • Please be advised that we will be unable to declare your package for a value other than what you paid when you checked out.
  • The value-added tax (VAT) is not applicable on international orders.

*Taxes and customs duties are non-refundable. If you refuse to receive the delivery, we will need to deduct those costs from the refund amount.

*Change of delivery conditions will incur an additional charge after the third     attempt.

*Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for local and international delivery. (amount is shown at the checkout page). Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for delays resulting from incorrect or unconfirmed addresses.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

You are our utmost priority in this unprecedented time. Contactless deliveries are thus offered. Currently, this option is only available within the UAE and for prepaid orders only. Please choose this option during checkout. If you select the contactless delivery option, you are acknowledging that your order will be considered to be received the moment it is delivered to your delivery address without the need for you to sign a delivery receipt. We will use your registered contact information to contact you prior to delivery. Please note that if you are not at home to receive your order and it is left outside your door, we will not be responsible for any damages or losses. 

I.D. REQUIRED AT DELIVERY

In some cases, we may ask for a photo ID to verify your identity. By doing so, we will ensure that your order reaches you. 

DELAYED DELIVERY

  • As soon as we are aware of a delay in supplying the product due to a circumstance beyond our control, we will contact you immediately and take steps to minimize its impact;
  • You will be informed on how to rearrange delivery or collect an order if no one is available to accept delivery at your address.

PAYMENT METHOD:

The mode of payment is in three ways:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)  – the customer may pay upon delivery to the courier not exceeding 500 AED. Orders placed beyond the mentioned amount should be paid online.
  2. Debit/Credit Card – We accept online payments using VISA and Mastercard in AED. By choosing this option, you hereby authorize us to charge the amount you have purchased using the card details you have provided. Rest assured that all online transactions are completely protected and secured through SSL (SECURE SOCKET LAYER). All debit/ credit card payments are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway. The whole transaction is fully encrypted for your security. SWAGBAG does not store any pertinent information on any servers after the order was placed.
  3. Paypal – payment will be redirected to the Paypal page.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS/ COUPON CODES:

  • Promotional offers are valid only on the specified time period and subject to the availability of the stocks. 
  • It is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
  • One time use only
  • Will not apply in conjunction with other promotions
  • The discounted amount is not refundable

 

PRICES:

Our website tries to display accurate prices, but mistakes may occasionally occur. In the event that the order was processed with an incorrect price, we will honor the lower price (if it is lower than the actual value) or refund the difference (if it is higher) than the original price. Kindly contact customer service for assistance.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

A notification email and SMS will be given, as soon as the order and/ or payment is confirmed. No one other than us is authorized to accept an order.

ORDER TRACKING:

You can check the status of your order via the website or the app. Furthermore, upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.

You may also call customer service for further assistance.

RETURN POLICY:

While our top priority is providing you with complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to assist you in this situation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days after the delivery date.

International orders are non-returnable unless the item(s) received is/are either Damaged/Defective/Incorrect.

Return Process:

  1. If you wish to return a product(s). You may call our customer support +971 xxx; email us at care@swagbag.com or fill out the necessary details on the return form. This information is accessible on your SWAGBAG account. Afterwhich, we will send an email confirming your return request.
  2. Kindly ensure the item(s) will be returned in original packaging, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  3. The package will be picked up by our courier within 24- 48 hours.
  4. Once the item(s) are received in our fulfillment center, item(s) is/are subject to quality check. 
  5. When approved, replacement or refund will be initiated whichever is deemed necessary.
  6. In case of Missing/Damaged/Defective/Wrong product received, please contact customer support so we can collect the item and replace it immediately.

Non- returnable item(s)

  • Baby Products (diapers/ wet wipes/ formula milk/ feeding-related items)
  • Cosmetic Items 
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear regardless of whether it is still within the warranty period.
  • Products that were tampered with or missing serial numbers.
  • Products that are categorized as hazardous
  • International shipped items unless deemed damaged or defective. (subject for further evaluation).

*Kindly note that if the returned item is from a set/ bundle, the amount to be refunded will be the actual price and not the discounted amount. (as long as the item is individually packed otherwise it is considered not eligible for return).

*Discount or coupon codes used will not be included in the refund.

*If the item(s) is/are part of the bundle offer (i.e Buy 1 Take 1) or a set all item(s) included should be returned as well in the original packaging.

Refund Process

  • The quality team will send a status notification to the customer through email when the product is received and verified.
  • Once confirmed it is eligible for a return, a refund or replacement will be processed whichever is deemed appropriate.
  • COD orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note with no expiry. No cash refunds will be given.
  • Debit/ Credit Cards orders will be refunded in two ways, either through a credit note or through the same payment method. We’re available to help you in any way possible.  The amount will be refunded in 7- 14 working days (depending on the bank process).
  • If the item (s) was purchased through the loyalty points, the points will be refunded back to the account automatically.
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. The full amount will be refunded. 
  • For cancellations after this time, please contact customer service. The shipping fee will not be refunded once the order has already been dispatched from the warehouse.
  • If, for some reason, you need to cancel some items on your order prior to dispatch, please contact customer service.
  • In some cases, items after dispatch cannot be canceled, however, you may fill out a return form if you wish to return an item.

We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) if;

  • You fail to pay us when it is due; or
  • If the order/ payment made is suspected of fraud; or
  • If, as a result of our request, you don’t provide us with the information needed to provide the products within a reasonable period of time; or
  • Despite our reasonable efforts, you do not allow us to deliver or collect the products from us within a reasonable timeframe; or
  • You attempt to place a bulk or multi-order purchase for the purpose of reselling it without our prior knowledge; or
  • We are unable to fulfill the order(s) due to a lack of stock availability. We will immediately notify you to offer alternatives or process a refund, (whichever is applicable); or
  • If we find an error in the price or product details, we will notify you and ask if you wish to proceed with the order or receive a refund; and 
  • If there are shipping restrictions.

 

TERMS OF SALE:

Swagbag is committed to providing you with the most accurate information possible; consequently, we ask that you read and acknowledge the terms & conditions below before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for any actions taken outside Swagbag as a result of the use of your Swagbag username and password and or card details, whether you did so intentionally or unintentionally.
  • We will try our best to ensure that our inventory is updated, however, we cannot guarantee that the stock will be available when you place your order. We will inform you of any alternate options or if you wish to cancel your order.
  • The product may be available in several colors or patterns; however, we cannot guarantee that the color you prefer will be delivered unless specified. If the product you received does not match the description mentioned on the website, please feel free to return the product in good condition within 7 days upon receipt.
